The 3.6 trillion euro challenge

When I talk to asset managers, I hear the same concerns over and over again: 20-25% loss in value for "brown" buildings, rising financing costs and an opaque market of service providers. The figures speak for themselves: 12 million commercial properties in Europe need to be transformed - a risk pool of 3.6 to 4.5 trillion euros.

At the same time, service providers tell me about endless tenders with low success rates and a lack of feedback on their actual impact.

Why this study now?
